What’s are the working conditions?
- A typical work week is 40 to 60 hours,
- A typical week is Monday through Saturday,
- Overnight travel is expected with out-of-town rotations working 6 weeks of travel with 1 week at home during the heavy workloads,
What do you need?
- Driver’s license and good driving record,
- Required certifications based on job description, in other words, show us your credentials up front! The more you got, the better it looks,

Construction Manager
You will be expected to:
- Have the ability to give direction,
- Succeed and learn new skills,

- Show good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions,

- Be the single point of contact for;
- maintaining and managing subcontractors,
- communication between project management and construction execution,
- Coordinate schedules, cost, and estimations,
- Serve as the subject matter expert to consult with project management.
- Provide oversight during construction on all assigned construction projects.
- Provide supervision, training, development, and performance management of direct reports.
- Perform bid walks, evaluate site conditions relative to the scope of work and out of scope work and prepare cost estimates,
- Comply with carrier specifications on all site construction by detailed coordination, review, and approval of all documentation including but not limited to construction reports, grounding reports and as-builts,
- Monitor and report performance of projects by ensuring full utilization of tracking tools and reports, observation of and attendance at progress meetings, and direct interaction with personnel and management for feedback,
- Ensure permitting, inspections and code compliance are completed as needed for each assigned project,
- Read and interpret Construction Drawings, Structural Analyses, RFDS’s and other site-specific documentation,
- Assist with BOM validation based on site documentation (CD’s, RFDS, etc.),
- Be responsible for COP deliverables to the management team,
- Be responsible for production reporting, hours, time off, new/damaged equipment needs etc. to the superiors,
- Identify change orders, obstacles, and safety concerns that may impede schedules and SOW timeline.
Expected Skill Set:
- Minimum 2 Years of Telecommunications Experience Required,
- Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Work with minimal oversight,
- Technical Troubleshooting ability,
- Knowledge of industry best-practice safety procedures, and willingness to enforce them,
- Expert in industry closeout processes, including photos, forms, virtual closeouts, etc.,

Civil Foreman
You will be expected to:
- Oversee and ensure that all safety rules are being followed at all sites all times,
- Have the ability to operate heavy equipment,
- Coordinate daily tasks, according to priorities and plans, adjusting as necessary due to weather, supply delivery, and personnel,
- Delegate responsibilities and individual projects to the crew and contractors,
- Brief crew members about how daily operations will be carried out,
- Ensure that all machinery and tools are available to the crew and everything is in proper order and state of maintenance,
- Perform inspections to ensure that the crew’s performance is up to standards,
- Recruit, hire, mentor, manage and train employees and contractors,
- Develop and oversee quality standards on all sites,
- Resolve conflicts or miscommunication that may happen on site quickly and amicably,
- Report daily project status to management,
- Attend Operational meetings as scheduled,
- Enforces all company safety policies and procedures and OSHA compliance,
- Handle on-site incidents and emergencies in a proactive manner,
- Have the ability to work safely and efficiently at heights,
