What’s are the working conditions?
- A typical work week is 40 to 60 hours,
- A typical week is Monday through Saturday,
- Overnight travel is expected with out-of-town rotations working 6 weeks of travel with 1 week at home during the heavy workloads,
What do you need?
- Driver’s license and good driving record,
- Required certifications based on job description, in other words, show us your credentials up front! The more you got, the better it looks,
- Ability to work on a team and independently as needed,
- Take drug screening prior to getting hired,
- Random drug screening after getting hired,
- Allow background check prior to getting hired,
- Providing references is a plus,
- To be prepared to travel,

You will be expected to:
- Have the ability to follow & execute instructions,
- Be hardworking & ability to conduct themselves in a professional manner,

- Be familiar with hand and power tools,
- Install telecom equipment/materials on towers, monopoles, etc. including mounts, radios, and antennas,
- Interpret (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, RF documentation etc.),
- Follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner,
- Travel,
- Assist foreman in identifying out of scope work, obstacles, and safety concerns that may impede timelines,
- You will be expected to work outside, lift up to 75 lbs., work safely at heights over 50, climb over 1,000 feet daily or as required,

Tower Tech II
You will be expected to:
- Install telecom equipment/materials on towers, monopoles, etc. including mounts, radios, and antennas,
- Interpret (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, RF documentation etc.),
- Follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner,
- Assist foreman in identifying change orders, obstacles, and safety concerns that may impede SOW timeline,
- Climbers skills required including but not limited to Tower/Rescue, First Aid/ CPR, PPE use and requirements, RF Awareness, Rigging of loads,
- Experience and working knowledge of aerial lift, forklift, backhoe, capstan etc.,
- You will be expected to work outside, lift up to 75 lbs., work safely at heights over 50, climb over 1,000 feet daily or as required,
Expected Skill Set:
- At least one-year experience as a competent climber,
- Ability to take direction and work with a team,
- Coordinate Individuals
- Competencies expected;
- Competent rigger
- Competent at rescue
- Connector installation
- System testing PIM, Anritsu (or similar), Fiber etc.
- Coax, Fiber routing/handling
- Capstan operations
- Crane/signaling
- Steal work (hanging boom, antenna etc.)
- Shoot azimuths
- Grounding, top side, and bottom side grounding
- Cadwelding
- Multitasking
- Color Coding
- Weatherproofing
- Complete detailed forms and reports
Certifications:

Tower Tech III including Foreman
You will be expected to:
- Strictly adhere to all quality and safety procedures,
- Have developed management skills in running your team in day-to-day operations,
- To be an expert in reading and interpreting CDs, RFDS etc.,
- To be an expert in FULL COP process including photos, forms, etc.,
- Expert level of knowledge with testing equipment –Anritsu, Fiber tester, PIM, RET etc.
- Responsible for COP deliverables to the management team.
- Responsible for production reporting, hours, time off, new/damaged equipment needs etc. to the management team.
- Ensuring all crew tools equipment and vehicles are cared for as part of a daily process.
- Submit all required daily and weekly paperwork (JSA, Weekly safety topics, crane/heavy machinery forms etc.)
- Install telecom equipment/materials on towers, monopoles, etc. including mounts, radios, and antennas,
- Interpret (e.g. blueprints, diagrams, manufacturer specifications, RF documentation etc.),
- Follow all state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, local turfing vendor, etc.) while working in an efficient and productive manner,
