I found an article where 2 line workers were 140’ up in the air. Both men were killed in the mishap. Other workers were on the scene and called in a fire rescue unit, but it was too late. The truck belonged to Cape Cod Aggregates Corp. Apparently the truck slid into a ditch causing the bucket to slam down.
