  • Project Coordinators – Northeast region – NE, UNY, VA, EPA, BAWA, and NYC, start 2015 and 2018, SOW = This role focuses on and performs these duties pertaining to the Civils tasks of this project: Project Document loading, milestone reporting, NORAD Civil submissions / tracking and assisting the CFR with various admin activities such as WA tracking The purpose of this assignment is to engage a Project Coordinator to work with AT&T for any and all Civils work within their assigned market(s), to include, but not limited to, various Civils programs including Site acquisition service, new site builds, carrier adds, and UMTS/LTE market deployment(s). The deployments are considered BAU work and will continue with carry-over from the previous year’s plan of record. SCOPE OF WORK • Creation of Change Orders and Change Order tracking forms for every site, as instructed by the PM/IM/CM within the market. Track invoicing requests both to the customer and from the SPs. • Receive Change orders from ASP’s. Create new form for submission to the customer. Track all Change orders for civil project to SRM. Submit Change Orders to the customer after PM approval. • Obtain punch list forms and closeout packages from CM. Upload documents into Siterra database for customer acceptance. • Update Site Handler or Continues with all daily completed work to the milestone level. Run reports and provide to customer and internal as required. • NORAD matching and correction form submittals. • Other market related administrative tasks as assigned. • Provide daily update reports to market on project progress as required.   • Site Acquisition Development Manager – Start 7/2015 end 7/2016, Pleasanton, Ca. Construction Manager ll – ATT Site Development project This assignment covers the ATT Site Development Project network of the cell sites. . Scope of Work The CM – A/E Coordinator will perform the following tasks : Strong knowledge and understanding in Architectural and Engineering Design. Must be able to read understand Construction Drawings and Full process of design requirements. Must be able to manage multiple A/E Vendors including Structural, Mechanical Electrical and Environmental issues. Control utilization and usage of CAM Tool and all AT&T and Ericsson required tools. Lead and Direct all Vendors to take project from start to completion of design zoning and permitting.
