Worker Falls from Water Tower in Brownsville, Tx!

Update: The local TV station reported that 21-year-old Pedro Samuel Salazar has died from his wounds in the hospital!

Someone working on an antenna for Orbit Broadband fell off of a Water Tower! It looks like it happened in Brownsville, Tx. The water tower is owned by Valley Municipal Utility.
